イバが保持された第２の台板とを備えた光半導体
素子・フアイバ結合器であつて、前記第１の台板
と第２の台板とを互いに当接させると共に、両者
を熔接するエネルギーが前記光半導体素子を直射
しないような凹凸ある台板構造からなることを特
