- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂からなる
開口部を有する容器本体と、該容器本体の内部と
連通して接続されたガス供給管と、前記開口部を
塞ぐように前記容器本体に取付けられたポリテト
ラフルオロエチレンからなる多孔質体とを具備す
ることを特徴とする泡発生器。 (2) 容器本体と開口部を塞ぐ材質がすべてポリ
テトラフルオロエチレンからなる多孔質体である
