[Detailed Description of the Invention] The purpose of this invention is to inhale the high-temperature gas of the exhaust gas and air using a fan and blow it into the roasting box to perform accurate cooking. This invention relates to a circulating hot air gas oven that aims to uniformly heat food to be cooked with a simple structure.

Generally, this type of forced hot air gas oven is
As shown in the figure, a burner combustion chamber 36 is provided in a part of the roasting box 35, for example in the lower part, and a forced hot air fan 37 is also located in the same roasting box 35. Originally, this type of gas oven speeds up cooking, but due to the influence of the forced hot air fan, the flow of hot air from the outlet and inside the roasting box 35 is not equalized, resulting in roasting. Uneven heating of the food in the box 35 is likely to occur. Conventionally, in order to eliminate this type of defect, the shape of the hot air outlet 38 as shown in FIG. 8 has been tried to equalize the flow of hot air, but the shape is relatively complicated and
Not enough effect. Furthermore, since the outlet is formed with a single open area, the hot gas from the outlet hits the food directly, which tends to cause localized heating.

Therefore, the present invention aims to easily eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional method and achieve accurate cooking by allowing high-temperature gas to flow so as to indirectly hit the food and regulating the air volume.

Further, 28 denotes both side walls of the heat source case 10 and the partition wall 1.
7 shows a part of the discharge system 20 that rectifies the circulating flow. There are dividing plates 29 and 3 in both of the rectifying parts 28.
0, 31, and 32 are attached. The front ends of these dividing plates 29, 30, 31, and 32 are aligned and located on the same vertical plane. Dividing plates 29, 30, 3
1 and 32 divide the flow of fluid blown out from the circulation inlet 7 to the roasting box 3 through the discharge system into three parts.
The circulation inlets 7-a, 7-b, and 7-c are configured to blow out to the left and right ceilings, left and right horizontally, and left and right oblique bottoms. In addition, the air volume from the top, middle, and bottom is above 50~
Air volume is regulated at 60%, middle 2-5%, and bottom 30-48%. The dividing plates 29 and 30 form a circulation inlet 7-a, and are provided so that when the fluid is blown out to the roasting box 3, it flows through the ceiling of the roasting box 3 and the space above the plate 26. The dividing plates 31 and 32 form a circulation inlet 7-c, and when the fluid is blown out to the roasting box 3,
It is provided so that it flows through the bottom of the plate 27 and the space below the plate 27. At the same time, the dividing plates 30 and 31 separate the plates 26 and 2.
7 so as to flow between them. The dividing plates 29 and 32 each have a curved surface so that the fluid flows smoothly to the ceiling and bottom of the roasting box 3.

In the above configuration, the amount of heat flowing out from inside the roasting box 3 through the circulation outlet 6 and the combustion gas from the gas burner 16 that has passed through the combustion gas vent 15 flow into the suction chamber 12 and from the suction port 19. It is sucked by the fan 18 and flows into the discharge system 20 . At this time, the rear corner 33 of the heat source case 10 is circular,
Furthermore, since the corners 34 of the partition wall 17 are also circular,
The high-temperature gas from the fan 18 can be blown out smoothly in the discharge system 20 without any resistance loss, reducing the load on the motor 21, increasing the capacity of the fan 18, and making the blown air distribution uniform vertically and horizontally. can be achieved.

During the discharge process, the mixed heat is divided into three directions: upper, middle, and lower, by dividing plates 29, 30, 31, and 32 used on the hot air blowing side of the heat source case 10. First, the lower part blows out from the circulation inlet 7-c, hits the bottom of the roasting box 3, diffuses, flows along the bottom surface of the roasting box 3 and the plate 27, hits the front door 4, rises, and reaches the fan 18. The plates 26 and 27 are sucked by the
flowing between. The upper part blows out from the circulation inlet 7-a, hits the ceiling of the roasting box 3 and spreads, and the roasting box 3
The air flows through the ceiling and the space above the pan 26, hits the front door 4, a part of which is reversed and exhausted from the exhaust port 8, and the rest flows between the pans 26 and 27 and is sucked in again by the fan 18. The middle part is blown out from the circulation inlet 7-b, flows between the plates 26 and 27 along the side of the roasting box 3, and is reversed at the front door 4 or merges with the above two hot air and flows between the plates 26 and 27. It passes through the central part and is sucked in by the fan 18. Since the hot air blown into the roasting box 3 once flows into the ceiling, bottom, and center of the roasting box 3, it does not hit the food locally strongly immediately after being blown out. In other words, since the hot air indirectly envelops the food and creates a flow toward the inlet hole, there is no local heating bias, and uniform heating is always possible, so there is no unevenness in cooking. Furthermore, there is no rotational unevenness of the fan 18, no positional imbalance in the wind speed at the outlet that occurs in the rotational direction of the fan 18, and no deviation in heating of the food due to the influence of the fan 18.

In addition, the blowing direction of hot air to the roasting box 3 and the air volume from each outlet are determined by the dividing plates 29, 30, 31, 32.
Depending on the size, mounting angle, and shape of the roasting box 3, an appropriate amount can be smoothly blown into the roasting box 3. Furthermore, since there are no complicated parts in the roasting box 3 as in the conventional case, the inside of the box is easy to clean and can always be used cleanly, and the heat source case 10 is separate from the roasting box 3. Therefore, the heating equipment can be separated as one unit, and inspection and repair of the gas burner 16 and the like can be easily performed.

As described above, according to the present invention, the mixed heat amount can be blown out smoothly, and the direction of the mixed heat amount and the blown air volume can be controlled arbitrarily using the dividing plate, so that accurate cooking can be performed, and maintenance and maintenance can be carried out. It is possible to provide a cooking device that is easy to inspect and clean. In other words, the front ends of each dividing plate are aligned on the same vertical plane and do not protrude into the roasting chamber, so there is no barrier to putting dishes in and out, and the inside of the chamber can be used widely. If it is placed in front of each dividing plate, it will be easier to clean.
