、１１・・・弁座、１２・・・流量センサ、２０・・・
比較器、２３・・・アクチュエーグ。 なお、図中同一符号は同一もしくは相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体通路に介設されて流体入口と流体出口とを有しこれ
    ら入口と出口との間に弁座を形成したバルブケーシング
    と、上記弁座に対応して設けられ、かつ流量センサが結
    合されたバルブ体と、上記流量センサからの流量検出信
    号とバルブケーシング外部からの基準流量信号とが入力
    される比較器と、上記バルブ体に連結されるとともに、
    上記比較器からの出力信号によってバルブ体を作動させ
    該バルブ体と上記弁座との開度を制御させるアクチュエ
    ータを備えたことを特徴とする流量制御バルブ。
