より回動レバー6を回動し、案内輪フレーム9の移動方
向と同方向もしくは逆方向に車輪4を車軸1に対して動
かすようになっている。

ってステアリングロッドが固定されるので走行車輪の操
向に支障をきたすことがなく、また従来の装置に比べて
構造が簡単で保守点検が容易となる。
