(Prior art) After filling bags such as standing pouches and retort pouches with contents, they are sealed by heat sealing. ,
If solids or oils contained in tangerine juice or tangerine crushed foods adhere to the product, some parts will not be completely adhered by heat sealing, resulting in poor sealing. In the case of the above-mentioned mandarin orange juice, when a standing pouch (hereinafter referred to as a pouch) is hot filled with mandarin orange juice containing sand, the mandarin pouches will float to the surface of the liquid. Close the pouch filling opening and heat seal. If you try to do so, the tangerine crumbs will get caught in the heat sealing surface and cause cooling failure. Until now, there has been no suitable method to solve this problem.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Since the appearance of the defective seal portion is the same as that of other complete seal portions, it is extremely difficult to detect its existence. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method that significantly enlarges the defective seal area and makes it easier to detect than the simple method VC.

(Means for solving the problem) The present invention provides a method for filling a bag body such as a pouch with contents.
-/L/ When sealing with iJl, a method for detecting cooling defects in the sealing part is to apply pressure from the outside of the body to make the defective parts of the sol protrude, and to check whether the protrusions are present or not. To detect? This is the characteristic of detecting bag seal defects.

(Function) In this case, the defective seal area in the cool part of the bag is crimped onto the sol roll and presents a smooth surface exactly like a high-quality heat roller area, so it is impossible to detect the defective seal area from the outside. It is extremely difficult.

The inventor of the present invention has experimentally found that if there is a defective part of the seal, if a pressurizer is applied from the outside of the body of the bag, the defective part of the seal is separated into two parts, causing a phenomenon in which the seal protrudes outward. Discover the facts and based on this, Mizumoto BA? None, and it is based largely on this experiment.

(Effect of the invention) /A' When a bag such as a household bag is filled with VC and sealed by heat sealing, even if there are defective seals in the sealed part, the appearance is exactly the same, so it is difficult to distinguish between them. If it is impossible, but if defective products are sent out in bales, will there be a serious accident during transportation or at the destination? There is a risk that this may occur. In this case, if the present invention is implemented and the defect detection device of the present invention is installed after the heat sol process of the pouch, and a separator is used to identify defective products, the above-mentioned accidents can be prevented in advance. There is.
