In this case, it is difficult to level and line the long straight edges of the structure, and for edges where planes intersect, such as at right angles, one side is molded while applying a piece of wood, etc., and mortar etc. After the sag has disappeared, the other sides are shaped using fixed wood.

First, a method of using the surface leveling plate according to the present invention will be explained. For structures with long straight edges, the general shape (called the frame) is usually made of ready-mixed concrete or concrete blocks, and a coating material such as mortar is applied as evenly as possible to the edges of this frame. The above-mentioned coating material is leveled on the edge, and a long leveling plate to be finished is brought into contact with it, and mortar etc. is applied to the frame while applying some force in the longitudinal direction with a reciprocating motion so as not to create any gaps between the coating material and the coating material. At the same time, a long linear edge surface corresponding to the shape of the face plate is formed, and the face plate is left fixed as it is without removing it, and when the mortar etc. has no sag or starts to harden initially. By removing , it is easy to form a surface of a structure with relatively long edges. Since the amplitude of the reciprocating movement may be small, the longer the surface leveling plate is, the more uniform the finish will be over the entire length. In some cases, after removing the leveling plate, smoothing and straightening the surface with a metal trowel etc. is a relatively new task as the main mortar has already stopped deforming due to sagging etc. It is extremely easy to install, even for experienced installers.

The most common shape of the edge of a structure is two orthogonal faces, but there are also corner edges made of faces that intersect at acute angles, obtuse angles, etc. Furthermore, there are some products with a curved cross-sectional shape, such as the upper surface of a tesli, but in any case, the surface plate can be removed without damaging the molded surface, and it can be formed linearly or continuously over a long length. It is possible to finish the edges of the structure.

The leveling plate for leveling and finishing according to the present invention must have a surface that corresponds to the shape of the edge of the structure, and the length should be about 1 to 4 m for convenience of handling, but the longer it is, the more uniform straight lines can be obtained. Therefore, it is preferable. However, in some cases, a short length of about 50 cm may be sufficient. When using the above-mentioned construction method, it is necessary for the mortar to adhere closely to the surface plate, so if the mortar is long or wide, air holes are provided so that the mortar surface of the painted material Air, slag, etc. between the surface and the abutment surface of the leveling plate can escape, making it possible to improve the adhesion to the construction surface and the shape of the construction surface. There are no particular restrictions on the shape of the air holes, but an elongated shape along the length of the surface plate is advantageous in terms of air escape and ease of slag removal when used for ironing as described above. If the hole size is too large, it will roughen the mortar surface, so it is undesirable.
A width of 0.5 to 5 mm and a length of 5 to 20 cm is sufficient.

There are no particular restrictions on the material, but hard plastics,
Light metals are particularly preferred materials because they are inexpensive, lightweight, rigid, and easy to handle. However, if the length is about 1 to 4 m, bending may be unavoidable, so it is preferable to provide reinforcing ribs or the like on the outside of the surface plate to ensure uniformity of finish. In addition, there are mounting brackets for temporary pressure contact with the construction surface, handles for finishing construction such as ironing, and especially in the case of extremely long construction sites such as roads, multiple leveling plates can be used together. It is also a very useful embodiment to provide an auxiliary tool (for example, a joining tool for a leveling plate) for linear joining.

Hard plastics include polyvinyl chloride,
High-density polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylic plastics, fiber-reinforced polyester,
ABS is one of the most preferred materials due to its light weight, smooth surface, and corrosion resistance, but it is also easy to peel off if a mold release agent (silicone, oil, etc.) is applied, and the time for peeling may take a while. Even if there is a delay, the construction surface will be finished very neatly. Application or baking of a mold release agent should also be considered in the case of metal surface plates.

Using the above-mentioned leveling plate for leveling finishing, pressing mortar, etc., and bringing it into close contact with the structure frame, as well as forming the edge of the structure in a shape corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the leveling plate, improves work efficiency and saves labor. This not only has the effect of shortening the construction time and construction period, but also allows the edges to be finished uniformly and in a straight line over the entire length.
