し工程とを分離すると共に、その間に刃先形成工
程を付加し、切れ味の良い刃を提供できるように
したものである。即ち金属板1に従来と同様に切
断線2を形成し、刃起しした際に刃先3になる切
断線2の一側部分をプレス加工で押圧して薄くす
る刃先形成工程を行い、然る後切断線2の前後に
段差を有せしめて切断線2部分を「状に起立せし
