る従動レバーと、前記操作レバーと従動レバーの
回転支持部において前記両レバーを連結しかつ前
記従動レバーに所定の切替え抵抗値以上の力が加
つたときに前記操作レバーの操作力を一時蓄える
とともに、前記条件が解除されたときに蓄力によ
つて従動レバーを作動させ、動力伝達切替え動作
を行なわせるための弾性力を有する弾性伝達部材
と、前記操作レバーを選択した動力伝達切替え位
置方向に押圧し該位置に保持するようにした弾性
力を有するターンオーバ機構とを備えたことを特
