り巻く形とされた外鉄形の変圧器において、上記
薄い鋼板の中央部を巻線が配置できる形状に打抜
くと共に積層して外鉄部材を形成し、この外鉄部
材の中央部の打抜き孔に上下端部がきつく嵌合す
ると共に巻線が巻ける形状の薄い鋼板を同厚に積
層してコア部材を形成し、このコア部材の外周に
巻線用のボビンを嵌装すると共にこのボビンの周
面上に一次巻線及び二次巻線を巻き付け、この巻
線付きのコア部材を上記外鉄部材の中央部の打抜
き孔に圧入して一体的に結合してなることを特徴
