Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate replacement of a wick, by making the joint part of a tank with a wick guide cylinder separable from the upper part of a tank of which level is higher than a fuel level. CONSTITUTION:A guide cylinder 2 disposed in upright from the bottom of a fuel tank 1 is projected higher than the oil level 3 in the fuel tank 1. A wick guide cylinder 6 is detachably pressed into the guide cylinder 2 in the position where is higher than the oil lever, interposed by a packing 7. Around the wick guide cylinder a wick outer casing 5 is fixed to the fuel tank 1 by a screw 14, interposed by a packing 13. When a wick 4 is deteriorated, a flame cylinder 15 is removed in the state that the wick 4 is descended by the extinguishing operation to the wick 4. Then the wick guide cylinder 6 is drawn out of the guide cylinder of a tank 1. In this state the wick 4 is moved up by a knob 12, then the wick 4 and a wick holder 8 can easily to taken off.

Structure of the conventional example and its problems A conventional oil combustor has a fuel tank 1 as shown in Fig. 4.
.. The fuel 3 in the lamp 2 was sucked up by the lamp wick 4 and burned in the combustion tube 15. The lamp wick 4 is a consumable part and deteriorates due to the formation of residual tar during vaporization, the use of degraded oil, abnormal oil (water-contaminated portion), etc., and normally needs to be replaced every 3 to 6 seasons. For this replacement, after removing the combustion tube 15, take out the combustion part from the combustor case, remove the screws 14 (multiple IJA) of the outer wick tube 5, and take out the wick 4 together with the wick holder 8.
It is very complicated to assemble in the reverse order again, and furthermore, when attaching the core outer cylinder 5, if the concentricity with the core guide cylinder 6 is not sufficiently achieved and the locking screw 13 is not tightened, the lead will malfunction up and down. Problem was, I had money.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS The embodiments will be described below with reference to the drawings. In Figure 1, 1 is the fuel tank, 1a below the tank and 1ν above the tank.
It is formed by tightening the peripheral edge of the clasp, and is fixed on the clay stand using metal such as metal fittings. Reference numeral 2 denotes a guide tube that is erected from the bottom of the fuel tank 1 and extends above the oil 3 in the fuel tank 1. A core guide tube 6 is removably press-fitted into the guide tube 7 through a packing 7 above the curved surface. On the outer periphery of the core guide tube 6, a core outer tube 5 is fixed to the fuel tank 1 with a gasket 13 and a screw 14. A lamp wick 4 is provided between the wick guide tube 6 and the wick outer tube 5 to suck up the fuel 3 in the tank 1. This wick 4
is held by a tail presser 8, and is moved up and down by a knob 12 attached to a shaft 11 via a rack 9 provided on the tail presser 8 and a pinion 10 that engages with this rack 9.

In the above configuration, during normal combustion, the upper end of the wick 4 is 7o eka. Good □ 5, 86, □ placed. After the wick 4 is lit, the fuel 3 is vaporized by its own heat, and premixed diffusion combustion is performed in the plurality of small holes provided in the combustion tube 15. .

Now, in order to replace the lamp wick 4 when it has deteriorated, first remove the combustion tube 15 with the lamp wick 4 lowered during extinguishing operation. Next, as shown in Figure 2, the core strip 6 is placed in the tank 1.
Remove it from the guide tube 2. By lifting up the lamp wick 4 with the knob 12 in this manner, the lamp wick 4 and the wick holder 8 can be easily removed. Note that after replacing the wick, the operation described above can be performed in reverse.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment, in which the lower core guide cylinder 6a is press-fitted into the guide cylinder 2 of the tank 1, and the upper core guide cylinder 6b is screwed into the lower core guide cylinder 6a. It has become. In this case, there is no need for a gasket to prevent oil leakage, and there is no need for the press-fitted portion of the core guide cylinder to have a complicated shape as shown in FIG.

発明の詳細 な説明したように、本発明によれば次のような効果が得
られる。
As described in detail, the present invention provides the following effects.

(1)消耗部品である灯芯の交換が容易にできる。(1) The lamp wick, which is a consumable part, can be easily replaced.

2)従来のように芯外筒のビスをはずすことがないので
、芯案内筒及び芯外筒の同心度が作業によシ変わること
がなく、芯上下不良をおこすことがなくなる。
2) Since there is no need to remove the screws on the core outer cylinder as in the conventional case, the concentricity of the core guide cylinder and the core outer cylinder does not change depending on the work, and there is no possibility of the core being vertically incorrect.

0)簡便な構成であるから安価に量産できる。0) Since it has a simple configuration, it can be mass-produced at low cost.

4)芯案内筒と燃料タンクの案内筒との接続部を実施例

4) If the connection part between the wick guide tube and the fuel tank guide tube is set above the curved surface inside the fuel tank as in the example, the heat transferred from the combustion tube to the oil in the fuel tank via the wick guide tube. As a result, the oil temperature can be maintained low and the risk of fire is reduced.
