記検出コイルの近傍における磁性体または導電体の存在
を検出するセンサにおいて、前記検出コイルを含む磁気
回路と前記基準コイルを含む磁気回路とを前記駆動信号
に対して磁気的に遮断したことを特徴とする高惑度セン
