Claims (1)
- ツエナダイオードのツエナ電圧を電圧基準とし
て直流電源からトランジスタ発振回路を介して定
電圧の直流出力電圧を得るスイツチングレギユレ
ータにおいて、上記ツエナダイオードにバイパス
素子を並列接続した第２のツエナダイオードを直
列に挿入すると共に、上記直流出力電圧の電圧レ
ベルの変動を検出する電圧検出回路を設け、上記
電圧検出回路の出力に応じて上記バイパス素子を
オンオフし、電圧基準を上下に変化させることを
特徴とするスイツチングレギユレータ。
