点があつた。 Conventional soundproof ventilation systems create a detour-type ventilation path by placing multiple flat sound-absorbing materials inside the ventilation tube, alternating their positions in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the ventilation tube. Because of the heat, there was a drawback that the work of attaching a plurality of flat sound absorbing materials to predetermined positions became complicated.

るという問題もあつた。 Therefore, for example, as described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 53-155260, a plurality of sound absorbing materials are assembled to a frame at predetermined relative positions in advance, and this frame is installed together with the sound absorbing materials in a ventilation pipe. There are known devices that solve the above-mentioned drawbacks by making the sound absorbing material more flexible, but since the detour air passage is formed by a combination of multiple flat sound absorbing materials, it is difficult to connect the sound absorbing materials and the frame. Not only does the bonding structure of the
Since the ventilation tube was turned 180 degrees, the flow resistance increased, and there was also the problem that the amount of ventilation was small considering the diameter of the ventilation tube.

The sound-absorbing material, which can be inserted and removed together with a certain sound-absorbing material and is held by the frame, is made of glass wool compression-molded in a spiral shape, and has anti-scattering treatment applied to both the front and back surfaces of the sound-absorbing material. This configuration provides the following effects.

If it gets hot,
Even if the ventilation tube remains attached to the building frame, the sound-absorbing frame made of sound-absorbing material and the frame body is extracted from the ventilation tube, and maintenance such as cleaning is performed on the extracted sound-absorbing frame while it is alone, and the sound-absorbing frame is Since maintenance can be performed on the ventilation pipe after it has been extracted, maintenance can be performed quickly, easily, and thoroughly on the entire soundproof ventilation system, and the desired soundproofing effect can be maintained thereafter. can be demonstrated well.

This diffused reflected sound is efficiently absorbed by the sound absorbing material attached to the inner circumferential surface of the ventilation tube, and the soundproofing performance can be further improved by effectively utilizing the entire area inside the ventilation tube.
