As is well known, window frames in older buildings are made of wood or iron, but these window frames have poor soundproofing performance and deteriorate due to long-term use, making it difficult to install new windows. The time has come to replace the window frame, and as is known, aluminum window frames are generally used as new window frames, and the conventional method for replacing them is to replace concrete at the opening of the window frame. It was removed by chiseling work, the old window frame was removed, and the reinforcing steel etc. were exposed.
Previous methods used to install new window frames using reinforcing bars, etc., but with this construction method, the entire work, including the installation of scaffolding, was extremely time-consuming in terms of equipment and labor, and it also generated noise. However, there are drawbacks such as restrictions on the use of buildings during construction, which are extremely inconvenient and costly. As an alternative to this, the applicant has proposed a shape that can be fitted into the old window frame while leaving the existing old window frame without removing it from the building base.
A new window frame refurbishment method involves manufacturing a new window frame with the same dimensions in advance and fitting the new window frame into the old window frame to connect it to the old window frame. Many proposals regarding devices and appliances have been made and implemented, but the present invention is particularly focused on the improvement of the upper frame of a new window frame (including the vertical frame) compared to the upper frame of the old window frame (including the vertical frame). Regarding installation, this is a new proposal that has been improved to make installation easier and more reliable, improve construction accuracy, and make work faster, more efficient, and labor-saving. , a new window frame framed within the old window frame remaining on the building base is fitted, and in the installation device for a renovated window frame that attaches the old and new window frames to each other, the long engagement surfaces facing each other and A continuous joint fitting having a rectangular cross section, each having a short engagement surface, is attached to one frame, and a pair of front and rear locking fittings that can be respectively locked to both sides of the continuous fitting in the front-rear direction are attached to one frame. The connecting fittings are provided so as to be movable forward and backward in the front and rear directions of the other frame through threaded rods inserted into the frame, and the long and short engagement surfaces of the connecting fittings can be attached to the frame in a selectively replaceable manner. Each of the locking metal fittings is locked and attached from the front and back to either of the long or short engagement surfaces of the continuous joint metal fitting by rotation about the axis of the threaded rod.

The upper frame 2 of the old window frame and the upper frame 3 of the new window frame according to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 are attached as follows. That is, the assembled new window frame is fitted into the old window frame remaining on the base 1, and the upper frame 3 of the new window frame is aligned parallel to the upper frame 2 of the old window frame. A pair of locking fittings 5, 5, which have been set back in advance on the pair of threaded rods 11, 11, close to the upright wall 9a or wall 3a side,
The screw rods 11, 1 are rotated in forward and reverse directions by engaging and rotating the split grooves 11a, 11a with each screwdriver.
1, the screw portions 5a, 5a of the locking fittings 5, 5
By moving the locking walls 5b, 5b forward and backward, and locking the locking walls 5b, 5b against both sides of the continuous joint fitting 4 of the upper frame 2 in the front and back direction through engagement of the uneven engagement surfaces, the continuous joint fitting 4 is moved back and forth. The upper frame 3 is attached to the existing upper frame 2 side through the integration of the four locking metal fittings 5,5. At this time, the correct mounting position on the upper frame 3 of the new window frame can be adjusted in the front-rear direction by using the respective locking fittings 5 on the threaded rods 11, 11,
The upper frame 3 can be adjusted as required by moving the upper frame 3 back and forth in the front and back direction by changing the engagement position of the continuous joint fitting 4 of No. 5 on both sides in the front and back direction. Further, the distance between the upper frames 2 and 3, that is, the adjustment in the height direction, can be adjusted according to the distance by using the rectangular shape of the continuous fitting 4 on the upper frame 2 side.
As shown in the figure, the long side of the rectangle, that is, the long side engagement surface 4
a to the upper frame 2, or conversely, the short side of the rectangle, that is, the short side engaging surface 4a, is attached to the upper frame 2. Of course, it is possible to adapt to a certain extent by preparing the continuous fitting 4 itself in various sizes in advance, selectively using it, and attaching it to either the long or short side so that it can be replaced. Extensive adjustments are also possible. As shown in this figure, when the continuous fittings 4 are made of piece material and a plurality of pieces are arranged in a row at appropriate intervals over the entire length of the lower surface of the existing upper frame 2, each fitting 4 has a corresponding locking fitting 5. . , 5, the installation and fixing operation over the entire length of the new and old upper frames 2, 3 in the longitudinal direction can be easily performed under adjustable conditions. In the illustrated example, the frame material 6 is installed after the new window frame is attached to the old window frame by adjusting and attaching the vertical frame and lower frame portions, and 13 indicates a filling caulking material.

In addition to the embodiments shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the mounting device according to the present invention can also be modified as shown in FIG. 4. To explain these now, the one illustrated in FIG. 4 uses two locking metal fittings 5 (a pair), and the locking metal fittings 5 themselves can be freely adjusted and moved in the longitudinal direction of the new and old upper frames 2 and 3. This shows one of the models. That is, the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 2 and 3 indicate the same members, but as shown in the figure, guide walls 3b, 3b are installed at both ends of the upper surface of the new upper frame 3 in the front and back direction, parallel to the upper surface and at intervals. The guide walls 3b, 3b are installed at both ends in the front and back direction of the case 9, which is formed to protrude inward in the direction, and has rising walls 9a, 9a formed on the upper surface for inserting the threaded rod 11, from above and below. Slide walls 9b and 9c are formed to engage with each other in a slidable manner, and the case 9 is attached to the upper surface of the upper frame 3 so as to be detachable and slidable in the longitudinal direction and the front-rear direction. wall 9
A threaded rod 11 is rotatably inserted and supported at that position via spring washers 12, 12, and is locked to the opposite left and right threaded portions 11b, 11c of this threaded rod 11, respectively. The metal fitting 5 is attached via the spiral tube part 5a so as to be freely advanced and retractable, and the locking wall 5b is attached thereto.
is locked to both the indoor and outdoor sides of the continuous joint fitting 4 through uneven engagement surfaces. In this case, after adjustment and installation, the locking wall 5b on the indoor side and the engagement surface of the fitting 4 are It can also be fixed with screws etc. In addition, in the illustrated example, the short side of the connecting fitting 4 is fixed to the old upper frame 3, but this is because the long side is used as the fixing surface, which is the same as in the embodiments shown in FIGS. In this embodiment, the case 9
Since the new upper frame 3 is provided to be slidable in the longitudinal and front-back directions, it is also possible to adjust the upper frame 3 longitudinally and in the front-rear direction, and the case 9 can be detachably attached to the upper surface of the upper frame 3. , which is more convenient in terms of ease of operation and finer adjustment details.
