  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 掘削機本体に回転掘削具を回転可能に支持し
    、その掘削機本体と回転掘削具との間にリツプ長
    が長い多重リツプ形シールを介装し、前記回転掘
    削具を回転させて地盤を掘削する大口径回転掘削
    機において、前記多重リツプ形シールのリツプ部
    の間に可撓性材料を挿入したことを特徴とする大
    口径回転掘削機におけるシール装置。 ２ 可撓性材料は、剛性が多重リツプ形シールよ
    り低いことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の大口径回転掘削機におけるシール装
    置。
