に取着された外歯歯車と遊星歯車を介して噛合す
る第1内歯歯車側面に、上記モータ側に開放した
環状溝を形成し且つ閉鎖した出力側の側面に鋼球
を突出させる円孔窓を形成して、上記環状溝に出
力側より順次鋼球、環状リング、波板バネ、環状
リングを挿着してその背面より可動板を介して該
可動板を軸方向に前後動させ少なくとも一部が工
具本体の外周部に露出するクラツチノブを配設し
、上記第1内歯歯車の出力軸側に係止部を有する
クラツチ板を配設して、上記クラツチノブを操作
することにより上記鋼球を押圧する波板バネの反
発力を調整して上記第1内歯歯車とクラツチ板と
の係止力を変化させて回転トルクを調整するよう
構成された可変トルク調整機構を具備するととも
に、上記減速機を構成する内歯歯車の少なくとも
一つが工具枠体に対して回転するよう構成されて
