Claims

A core shaft is formed of a bendable member having an appropriate number of convex external teeth in the axial direction, and a shaft hole of a cylindrical core member in which wires are implanted in the radial direction. A flexible three-dimensional brush comprising a plurality of narrow wire brushes having internal teeth that engage with the teeth, and a plurality of narrow wire brushes that are slidably and bendably fitted onto the core shaft via the internal teeth.
