の把持、切離しを行なうとともに下方に向つて開
口し冷却媒体を吹付ける通路を有するグリツパと
、前記台車に固定され前記伸縮チユーブを通つて
該伸縮チユーブの下部に結合するテープまたはロ
ープを巻上、巻戻して該伸縮チユーブを昇降させ
る昇降装置と、前記台車に固定され前記伸縮チユ
ーブの上部に連通する管路を介して前記燃料移送
セル内に充満する冷却媒体を前記伸縮チユーブへ
送る送風機とから構成することを特徴とするイン
