Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は金属製周枠の内側に木製の根太を架
設し、その上に床材を敷設した床パネルに関す

製の根太によつて適度な弾力が生じる利点を有す
るが、周枠の根太とは上記のように異質で伸縮度
合が大きく異なることから、木製の根太が経時的
にかれて収縮してくると、周枠上面と根太上面と
の間に段差ができて、床鳴りが生じるおそれがあ
る。このことは特に、内部に暖房用の配管等がな

たりして根太が収縮しても床鳴りが生じない床パ
ネルを提供することを目的とする。以下この発明

に所要の間隔をおき、下部フランジ2bに接着そ
の他の手段で固着されて互に平行に架設されてい
る。そして上記根太4の上側の隅角部の切欠部分
4bには木製の架材5が枠体2の上部フランジ2
aに沿つてこれと平行に、かつ架材5の上面5a
を根太4の上面4aに一致させて架設され、釘6
によつて根太4に取り付けられている。上記のよ
うに構成された根太4の上面4aと架材5の中央
から内側の上面5aに床材7が敷設されてステー
プル8によつて根太4の架材に止着され、また架
材5の中央から外側の上面5aと枠材2の上部フ
ランジ2aの上に床の補助材9が敷設されるよう
になつている。上記床の補助材9はこの発明の床
パネルPの敷設時において上記のように架材5の
外側の上面5aと枠材2の上部フランジ2aの上
に載設されるもので、隣り合う2枚の床パネルP
の上に1枚の床の補助材9を第2図のように架設
することもできる。第2図等のように、枠材2の
上部フランジ2aの上にパツキン10を置き、そ
のパツキン10の上に床の補助材9を載せるのが
普通であるが、パツキン10を用いずに上部フラ
ンジ2aの上に床の補助材9を直接載せる場合も
ある。根太4に対する架材5の固着、根太4や架
材5に対する床材7の床の補助材9の固着には前
記のように釘6やステープル等の固着手段が用い
られるほか、接着剤も単独若しくは上記固着手段
と併わせて用いられる。しかして、11は根太4
の上面4aに形成された受け溝4cに挿入された
スチームを通すパイプ等の暖房部材、12は振止
め部材である。上記暖房部材11はこれを設備し

とは別個に敷設されるようになつていて、根太の
収縮が架材の部分で吸収されるので、床鳴り等の
