さい生ペレツト6を回収するためのものである。

ツト上に小粒径の生ペレツトを供給し、その大小
粒径の生ペレツトを乾燥炉により乾燥した後、点
火炉で点火して焼成することにあり、この方法に
よれば、焼成の際、生ペレツトの上層部は小粒径
のもので構成されているため、通気性が低く、こ
の上層部はゆつくりと焼成される。したがつて上
層部に対して予熱がなくても十分焼成温度にたつ
し、強度の大きい高品質の成品を得ることができ
る。一方、生ペレツトの下層部は大粒径のもので
構成されているため、通気性が高く、焼成時間が
短かくなるが、上層部からの予熱があるので、十
分焼成温度にたつする。したがつて全体的な焼成
時間は従来と変らず、しかも高品質の人工骨材を

分焼成温度にたつする。したがつて全体的な焼成
時間は従来と変らず、しかも高品質の人工骨材を
