Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize a burner and to prevent generating squeaky noise from the burner by a method wherein a packing, a burner case, a metal screen for the flame hole and a burner frame are laminated and burner frame is caulked at its end surface with the burner case flanged portion. CONSTITUTION:A burner case 21, the metal screen for flome holes 22, a burner frame 23 and a burner case cover 24 are caulked through a packing 25. The primary air is induced by the ejector effect caused by gas jetting from a nozzle and by suction power of a fan, and is moved through a float unit together with the gas. The air and the gas are promoted to mix together, when their movemove are in the bottom deeply tapered down ward portion 21c, causing slowdown of speed, and the further mixing up are promoted in the baffle 30. 非燃焼時ではバーナの温度が異る為に、バーナの加熱冷
却時に熱膨張酸、縮音がひんばんに出ることにより、使
用時に不快な異常音として問題となる欠点を有していた

孔金網、バーナ枠を重ね、このバーナ枠の端面をバーナ
ケースフランジ部にカシメる構成であシ、バーナの小型
化をはかり、且つ、バーナキンミ音を防止するという効
果を有するものである。
