チツクのアウトサートモールドにより軸受１６ａ
を設け、この軸受１６ａを支点にして回動するス
トツパー部材１７を設け、このストツパー部材１
７にカム１５ｂを係止させることにより、フロツ
ピーデイスク３が本体に未挿入状態では、操作シ
ヤフト１５が回動しないように構成したことを特
