Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a fabric, etc. to be adhered at a part in a large resin molding backing, while contriving to decrease remarkably production cost by a method in which a core plate arranged at the periphery of a fabric, etc. is engaged with the boss of a core mold, and the periphery of a fabric assembly is pressed forcibly by both molds. CONSTITUTION:The fabric 2 such as a cloth, etc. is lapped with each other and fixed onto a core plate 1, and a fabric assembly 5 is formed, while providing suitably the hole piercing both materials. The assembly 5 is inserted into between the cavity mold 6 and the core mold 7 of injection molding, and the molds are closed, while fixing the piercing hole 4 onto the boss 9 of the cavity mold. The total periphery of the assembly 5 is pressed by means of the pushing parts 8, 10 projected from both molds 6, 7. When molten synthetic resin is injected under pressure into the gap 11 in the molds arranged at the whole periphery of the assembly 5, the flow-out of molten synthetic resin into the fabric 2 side is interrupted. When the molded parts are taken out from the molds 6, 7 after solidification, the riggings 13 in which synthetic resin plates 12 are arranged only at the periphery of the assembly 5, may be molded.

Problems that the C0 invention aims to solve However, according to this manufacturing method, the elastic sheet is glued to the entire surface of one side of the skin, which causes a rise in manufacturing costs, and no countermeasures have been taken to reduce costs. It was wanted. Furthermore, since this molded article is provided with a skin over the entire surface, a technique is desired in which the skin is provided only on a portion of the product without degrading the performance of the skin.

Means for Solving Problems e0 In order to achieve this purpose, fabric vines are superimposed and fixed on at least a frame-shaped core plate, holes passing through the two are appropriately provided to form a fabric assembly, and injection molding is performed. A fabric assembly is inserted between the cavity mold and the core mold, and the through hole is engaged with the boss of the cavity mold to close the mold, and the entire periphery of the fabric assembly is covered with pressing parts protruding from the crystal mold. The molten synthetic 4M resin is press-fitted into the cavity in the mold around the entire periphery of the fabric assembly.

f. Embodiment FIGS. 1 to 3 are explanatory diagrams of an embodiment of the manufacturing method of the present invention, in which a fabric 2 such as a cloth material is superposed on a core plate 1 such as a rectangular iron plate, and a staple is formed. A hole 4 passing through between both 1 and 2 is fixed with a holding means 3 such as
are provided as appropriate to form a fabric assembly 5, the fabric assembly 5 is inserted between a cavity mold 6 and a core mold 7 of injection molding, and the through hole 4 is engaged with the boss 9 of the cavity mold 6 to close the mold. The entire periphery of the fabric assembly 5 is covered by a pressing portion 8 that protrudes from both dies 6 and 7, respectively. Compress with lO,
When the molten synthetic resin is press-fitted into the mold cavity 11 around the entire periphery of the fabric assembly 5, the pressing parts 8 and 10 prevent the molten synthetic resin from flowing into the fabric vines 2,
When it is solidified and removed from the mold 6.7, an auxiliary part 13 is formed in which the synthetic resin plate 12 is arranged only around the fabric assembly 5, as shown in FIG. Of the pressing parts 8 and 10, one 8 has a bank-like protruding shape formed in an endless loop shape as shown in FIG. 2, and the other 10 is formed to be raised like a hill. A recess 14 is formed in which the boss 9 engages. 15 is the through hole 4 when the auxiliary part 13 is used.
This is a molding that is inserted and locked as a pilot hole.

5 and 6 are diagrams showing other embodiments of the present invention, in which the core plate 2
0 is formed into a frame shape with a central part, and this core plate 2
The fabricators 2 are superposed on the 0 and fixed with a fixing means 3 such as a staple, and a hole 21 passing through between the two 2 and 20 is formed.
. By arranging the frame 23 by carving and filling the foamed synthetic resin 24 between the frame 23 and the back surface 2a of the fabrics 2 of the fabric assembly 22, the outfitting part 25 has an even softer feel.
This is something that can be done.

g. Effects As explained above, according to the present invention, an elastic sheet is not required at all, a core plate is provided around the fabric, and the core plate is engaged with the boss of the core type, and the fabric assembly is performed using both types. Since the periphery of the molded material is strongly pressed, manufacturing costs can be significantly reduced, and fabrics can be provided in a portion of a large backing material for resin molding.
