  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 複数個の溶離液をステツプワイズまたはグラジエン
    ト方式で切換えて行なう液体クロマトグラフにおいて、
    溶離液の切換えによって発生するベースラインの差異を
    補正するように、上記溶離液の切換に対応して、ベース
    ライン補正液を検出器の前の流路に混合させることを特
    聴徴とした液体クロマトグラフ。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の液体クロマト
    グラフにおいて、溶離液にはｐＨおよびカウンターイオ
    ン濃度の異なる緩衝液を使用し、ベースライン補正液と
    して、上記緩衝液のｐＨおよびカウンターイオン濃度を
    補正する補−正液を用いたことを特徴とする液体クロマ
    トグラフ。
