ーブの被検体側端部の内側全周に形成された切欠部と、
この切欠部と反被検体側に設けられた口金とに連通ずる
導液部と、前記切欠部に設けられ内側スリーブの内面側
に固着された多孔質弾性体よりなる含油リングとからな
る接触媒質の給油手段と、前記切欠部の深傷千本体側に
取り付けられ被検体側に接触ギャップに相応する突起部
を有する深傷子ガイド脚とを備えたことを特徴とする超
