適用した場合の一実施例の概略が夫々示されてお
り、本実施例においては塩化ビニル、または布等
からなる表皮1と、この表皮1の裏面に積層され
た発泡合成樹脂等よりなる緩衝材2とから表皮材
3が形成され、この表皮材3の裏面に着色された
裏打材4が更にコーテイングされ、表皮材3と裏
打材4とが真空成形またはプレス成形等によりシ
ートクツシヨンの外形に成形される。この第1図
中、符号5,5′はパターンの凹溝部を示す。

トクツシヨンアセンブリーを容易に得ることがで

らにまた、本発明は図示のシートクツシヨン用に
限らず、パターンを基調とする模様の成形表装材
の製造の全てに適用することができる。
