Claims (1)
- ボデイ３の出口側に検出口４を設け、該検出口
４部の周囲に出口側の気密性を保持しつつ可動可
能なシート７を設け、該シート７の周辺を覆い、
かつ一部を大気圧と同一とすべく開口したカバー
９をボデイ３に固着し、さらにカバー９に電気的
絶縁性を保持しつつ一対の電極１０を設け、該電
極１０と前記シート７の部分に設けた導電体１２
と電気的接点関係を得るべく構成した圧力検出部
２を有してなる電磁弁。
