Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 弁本体と、この弁本体に設けられた圧油ポート
及び排油ポートと、この圧油ポートと排油ポート
との間に設けられた圧油室と、この圧油室に設け
られた弁シートと、直流ソレノイドによつて駆動
され前記弁シートの油路を開閉するポペツト弁と
を備えた比例電磁式リリーフ弁において、 前記ポペツト弁に軸径を異にした油室を形成す
るとともに、前記弁本体に前記圧油ポートから前
記油室に圧油を導入させる油路を設けたことを特
徴とする比例電磁式リリーフ弁。
