囲まれた空気室を有するものから形成すると共に
、該空気室と大気側とを開閉弁を介して連結する
第１および第２の管路を設け、該第１の管路には
狭隘な通路又はオリフイスを設け、上記第２の管
路には上記空気室側からの空気の流出或いは流入
を防止する逆止弁を設け、かつ上記開閉弁を上記
第１および第２の管路を交互に開閉するべく形成
