DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention relates to a cleaning device, and particularly to a cleaning device suitable for preventing loss of cleaning solvent due to mist.

In a conventional spray-type cleaning device, as shown in Figure 2, the mist (fine mist-like particles of cleaning solvent) 14 generated by spraying in the cleaning tank on the left side of the drawing mixes with air. However, the cleaning solvent flows out of the apparatus through the inlet 12 through which the objects to be cleaned are brought in, resulting in loss of expensive cleaning solvents. Such a mist is generated when organic solvents such as chlorocene are sprayed under high pressure.

This mist is determined by the saturated vapor pressure at a specific temperature.
It is in a state of supersaturation, meaning that it is mixed in the air at a ratio of more than 50%.

As a means of collecting such mist, as shown in Fig. 2, there is a method of flowing cold water through a condensing coil 7 installed in the collection tank 2 to condense and collect it. Since the gas is mixed in, this air prevents direct contact between the mist and the condensing coil, resulting in a significant reduction in condensing efficiency.

In addition, there is a method of installing a door at the loading/unloading exit to prevent mist from flowing out, but this method requires a lot of time and effort as the door must be opened and closed when loading and unloading the items to be cleaned. Easy to clean. Also, mist inevitably flows out when the door is opened and closed. There were drawbacks as mentioned above.

In the present invention, since the air and the fine particles of the solvent are mixed together, it is difficult to collect the mist using the condensing means! By interposing vapor of the same solvent between the mist and the condensing means, which can be easily recovered by the condensing means, the mist is prevented from flowing out of the device, and the loss of expensive cleaning solvent is prevented. The saturated vapor layer 18, which does not contain air, is liquefied and recovered by the condenser of the condenser. Similarly, with respect to the outlet section, as shown in Fig. M1, by providing a steam tank 1, it is possible to collect the mist 14 that is about to flow out from the outlet port 13.
