図中、2は移相器、3は小アンテナ、11は素
子アンテナ、12,13は方向性結合器、14は
位相検波器、15は比較器および演算器である。

のビームパターンを得るようにしたフエーズドア
レイアンテナ装置において、上記各移相器の入出
力移相差をそれぞれ検出する位相検出器と、これ
ら各位相検出器の検出信号とそれに対応する上記
移相情報をそれぞれ比較演算する比較/演算器を
備え、上記比較/演算器の出力により当該アンテ
ナの移相量を補正制御するようにしたことを特徴
