本発明は、ALC(オートクレーブ養生した軽
量気泡コンクリート)のコーナーパネルの製造方
法に関し、より詳しくはオートクレーブ養生前の
凝固状態の軟かいALCブロツクを断面が異形例
えばL型、内R型、外R型等のALCコーナーパ
ネル(以下、コーナー版という)の製造方法に関

品も養生後になると可成り固くなり切断或いは切
削するのには硬度な刃物(ダイヤモンド又はレジ
ノイド等の)が必要になるのと同時にその動力費

本発明は、上記の如き状況にあるコーナー版の
製造方法に関し種々検討を行つた結果、ALCの
製造における最終工程であるオートクレーブ養生
を行う前の凝固状態のブロツクを用い、切取りと
切断を実施し、その後養生を行うことにより上記
問題のないコーナー版を製造できることを見出

切断することにより個々のコーナーパネルに製造
できる。刃型を数本の支柱で保持し平鉄板に一体
化された複数個の刃型を用いると複数個のコーナ

ル1,1′に取換え可能に固定され(例えばボル
トによる固定)、さらに、ポール1,1′はレール

つて刃物のように研ぎ、以降はL型コーナー版に
準じる。外R型コーナー版の刃型は第2図3のブ
ロツク6C上部の外R型形状部に合せて帯鉄板で
R型刃3Cに加工して切断刃先はR型に沿つて刃
物のように研ぎ以降はL型コーナー版及び内R型

た。また、同時に2個以上のコーナー版が製造で
