温度は200℃〜800℃にも達してシャンクとチップ
とのロー付部のズレ、離脱が生じたり、熱発生による歪
増大のため、大きく欠損脱落して使用不能となる事故が
多発していた。

間隔を置いて配設されておりしかもこれらの円柱状チッ
プ(2)の内の外側に配設されているものはシャンク角

円柱状チップ(2)はシャンク(1)の先端部よりシャ
ンク長手方向に沿って平行に挿入され、これら円柱状チ
ップ(2)の周辺は高硬度の溶接棒にて肉盛り溶接して
いる。尚、円柱状チップ(2)の固着方法としては上記
せるような圧入方式か若しくは焼バメ方式を採用しロー
付による歪の影響をなくしている。

工ができるため硬度を上げることができ、品質向上及び
耐久性を向上させる事ができる。
