の左端に、第3図に示す平行ばね3を固定することによ
って装置の全長を小さくすることができる。この場合の
平行ばねは第3図に示すようなばね中央に対物レンズ及
びヨークとのぶつかりを防ぐ窓を持つものであるが、こ
