It is equipped with a pair of upper and lower rolls that engage with each other, and a press roll that is placed in parallel with the lower roll, and after feeding corrugated base paper to the interlocking portions of the upper and lower rolls to form corrugations, glue is applied to the top of the corrugated corrugations. In a single-sided corrugated board manufacturing machine, a liner is attached to a corrugated corrugated core, and a liner is supplied to the contact portion between the lower corrugating roll and the press roll to be attached to the corrugated medium.
In order to bring the corrugated corrugated sheet formed into tiers between the lower rolls into close contact with the lower rollers and guide it to the area where it is attached to the liner by the press roll, and in the process to properly apply the glue to the top of the corrugation, it is necessary to It is extremely important to prevent the core from floating away from the lower roll due to rotational centrifugal force, and to guide the core so that it is brought into close contact with the lower roll so that the shape of the core does not collapse. For this purpose, finger devices are used to guide the medium, but these devices have complex mechanisms and are extremely difficult to adjust. Therefore, instead of using such a device, a method has been developed that uses vacuum suction force to attract and guide the core to the lower roll. Conventionally, the following two methods have been used to attract and guide the core to the lower roll using vacuum suction force.
Two methods are known. First, each method will be explained with reference to FIG. In the figure, 1 is an upper roll, 2 is a lower roll, 3 is a press roll, M is a medium, L is a liner, S is a single-sided corrugated sheet, and the arrows indicate the rotation direction of each roll.

1 The first method is to connect the hollow part 4 of the lower roll 2 to a vacuum generator, and to connect the lower roll 2 to the hollow part 4.
A plurality of thin suction holes 5, some of which are shown in FIG. 1, are bored so as to reach the valleys of the steps,
This is a method in which the core M is sucked onto the lower roll 2 through the suction holes 5.

2. The second method involves cutting a plurality of annular grooves 6 in the length direction of the lower roll 2, and cutting the portion of the annular groove 6 covered with the core M, that is, the lower half of FIG. A suction pipe 7 connected to a vacuum generator is loosely fitted into the annular groove so as to create a negative pressure in the lower half of the annular groove 6, and air is sucked in from the opening 7a to create a negative pressure in the lower half of the annular groove 6. This is a method in which the material is adsorbed onto the lower roll 2.

By the way, each of the above two methods has the following drawbacks.

The first method is that if the cross-sectional area of the suction holes 5 is large, the tiers of the upper and lower tier rolls will mesh with each other and it will not be possible to obtain an accurate tier shape when forming the core into tiers. Must be a narrow hole. On the other hand, if the suction hole 5 is narrow, it may become clogged and the performance of suctioning the medium M may deteriorate. In addition, when forming tiers, steam is supplied to the hollow part 4 of the lower roll 2 to heat the core paper and form the tiers, but in this method, the air in the hollow part 4 is extracted to create a negative pressure. Therefore, steam cannot be supplied to this part.
Therefore, there is a drawback that heating of the medium base paper must be done by a separate method.

Although the second method can be said to be superior to the first method in that steam can be supplied to the hollow part 4 of the lower roll 2 to heat the inner core, the opening 7 of the suction pipe 7
Since the cross-sectional area of a is extremely small compared to the volume of the lower half of the annular groove 6 that should be maintained at negative pressure, the force to suck the air in the lower half of the annular groove 6 covered by the insert M is sufficient. However, since the degree of vacuum is low, the ability to adsorb the medium M is weak, and if the rotation speed of the corrugated rolls is increased, the medium M will be raised from the lower roll due to centrifugal force, making it impossible to perform the gluing work accurately. The drawback is that it cannot be rotated. Therefore, in order to eliminate this drawback, even if the capacity of the vacuum generator is increased, the flow rate of air sucked through the opening 7a of the suction tube 7 will increase, but the cross-sectional area of the opening 7a will be smaller than the lower half of the annular groove. Since the volume of the annular groove is small compared to the volume of the annular groove, the air flow rate does not increase significantly and the negative pressure within the lower half of the annular groove does not decrease significantly. That is, it can be said that the small cross-sectional area of the opening 7a is a fatal structural defect.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the various drawbacks mentioned above, and it supplies steam to the hollow part of the lower roll to facilitate and ensure corrugation of the corrugated core, and the cross-sectional area of the suction opening is large. If too much, the lower roll will have an adverse effect of cooling down, so a ventilation hole with the minimum cross-sectional area necessary to suck the air from the lower half of the annular groove and adsorb the core to the lower roll is provided. An object of the present invention is to provide a core guiding device for a single-sided corrugated board manufacturing machine that can generate sufficient negative pressure to adsorb the core to a lower roll.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of a core guiding device in a single-sided corrugated board manufacturing machine according to the present invention as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5 will be described. In addition, in each figure, the same code|symbol is used and shown for the member same as the member of the 1st illustration, or equivalent. A plurality of annular grooves 6 are cut in the length direction of the lower roll 2, and a central suction plate 8 and two outer suction plates 9 and 10 for clamping the central suction plate 8 are provided on the opposite side of the medium suction surface. The central suction plate 8 is made of a steel plate that can be inserted into the annular groove 6 while maintaining a small gap between the two narrow walls. For example, when the width of the annular groove is 2.7 mm, the thickness of the plate is about 2.5 mm. Its shape is almost fan-shaped, and the lower part has an annular groove 6.
Loosely fit concentrically, keeping a slight gap with the bottom of the
Both left and right ends are upper roll 1 side and press roll 3
On the sides, the outer surfaces fit slightly inside the grooves of the grooves of the engagement part of the lower roll with the upper roll and the contact part of the press roll, respectively. on the other hand,
On the inner surfaces of both the left and right ends, a notch is cut in an arc shape concentrically with the bottom surface of the annular groove 6, and further, a notch is cut radially continuous with this notch to form a ventilation hole 81. . The cross-sectional area of the ventilation hole 81 is the minimum cross-sectional area necessary to suck the air from the lower half of the annular groove 6. The radial notch of the ventilation hole 81 has cover plates 82a and 8, except for a portion 81a corresponding to the ventilation hole of the outer suction plate 9, which will be described later.
Cover with 2b. The cover plate functions to prevent outside air from entering directly into the ventilation hole 81. The cover plates 82a and 82b are, for example, phosphor bronze plates of about 0.5 mm and fixed to the central suction plate 8 by brazing or synthetic resin bonding. At this time, the portion of the central suction plate 8 that fixes the cover plate has a thickness equal to the thickness of the cover plate, for example, 0.5
If the cover plate is removed by 1 mm and the cover plate is fixed, the surface of the cover plate should be flush with the surface of the central suction plate. Next, the two outer suction plates 9 and 10, which clamp the central suction plate 8 loosely fitted in the annular groove 6 as described above, are suspended with a slight gap between the lower part and the top of the lower roll 2. A ventilation hole 91 is cut in an arc shape in one of the outer suction plates 9.
Both ends correspond to the ventilation holes 81a of the central suction plate described above, and the central ends communicate with through holes 91a formed in the center of the outer suction plate 9, respectively. Recesses are provided at the tops of both outer suction plates 9 and 10 to which the central suction plate 8 is clamped in this way, and the vacuum tube 11 is placed therein. A Teflon sheet or the like is embedded in the place where the vacuum cylinder 11 is placed to improve adhesion. As shown in FIG. 5, the vacuum cylinder 11 has a threaded shaft 111 at the center, and the threaded shaft 111 has left and right reverse threads on both sides from the center, and is equipped with a seal piston 112 that is screwed into each. By rotating the threaded shaft 111, the distance between the two seal pistons 112 is moved apart or approached to correspond to the paper width of the medium. Air within the vacuum cylinder 11 is sucked into a vacuum generator (not shown) through a vent hole 113 at the center of the top. The vacuum tube 11 communicates with the aforementioned vent hole 91a of the outer suction plate 9 through a vent hole 114 at the bottom.

In the above configuration, the air in the lower half of the annular groove 6 of the lower roll 2 passes through the ventilation hole 81 via 81a and the ventilation hole 91 of the outer suction plate 9 as shown by the arrow, and is vacuumed from 91a. Vent hole 1 of tube 11

As described above, since the core guide device in the single-sided corrugated board manufacturing machine according to the present invention can supply steam to the lower roll, corrugation of the core can be easily and reliably performed, and The cross-sectional area of each ventilation hole that sucks air in half has the minimum necessary cross-sectional area, and most of the fan-shaped lower part of the central suction plate fits into the bottom of the annular groove with a slight gap. Since the amount of air passing through this part is extremely small, the temperature of the lower roll will not drop, and the degree of vacuum in the lower half of the annular groove will be high enough to adsorb the core. Therefore, it has the extremely excellent advantage that the core does not float even if the number of rotations of the corrugated rolls is increased.
