つたり破損させてしまつたりする事故となり、製
氷機自体の使用を不可能としてしまう。

貯氷容器5は先の製氷機本体4の外観を作るフレ
ーム4bに設けられたレール4cにそのフランジ
5aを懸架させることによつて手前方向に引出し
可能となされている。5bは前記貯氷容器5の後
壁に設けられた円弧状の切溝である。5cは把手
兼用の係止片、5dは容器上方に設置された自動
製氷機から容器内に落ちる氷が集中して容器前方
に集まるのを防止する抑止板である。又上記貯氷
容器5は自動製氷機の奥行寸法より寸法だけ奥
行方向に長くなるよう形成され、把手兼用の係止
片5cをある範囲(先の寸法内)引出しても容
器5の後壁(円弧状切溝5bが設けられている所
の壁)が氷落下部より外れないようなされてい
る。6は第2センサーで後述するアームセンサー
の回転連動に呼応して回動する腕部6aとその腕
部6aの一端から下方に延びた検出部6bとから
成つている。7はこの第2センサーを自動製氷機
本体に枢軸するネジである。このネジ7が設けら
れる位置は後述するアームセンサーの枢軸点の略
真下に位置している。又上記第2センサーの腕部
はへ字形に形成され、その腕部にはへ字形の摺動
溝6a′が設けられている。8はアームセンサーで
ある。このアームセンサー8は図に示す如く垂直
部8aと水平部8bとから成るU状のもので自動
製氷機本体の奥行方向の片面に垂直部8aが位置
するようしかも先に記述したカム等により反枢軸
側に向かつて回動するよう枢動されている。しか
してこのアームセンサー8の水平部は前記した第
2センサー6の摺動溝6a′に係合し、アームセン
サー8が回動しない状態(支点の真下に位置する
時)丁度第2センサー6が貯氷容器5の円弧状切
溝に対し深く係合しアームセンサー8が回動した
時には第2センサー6の反支点側に位置し、先の
容器と第2センサー6との係合関係を浅くするよ
う(第2センサーを持ち上げるよう)働くもので
ある。換言すればアームセンサー8は第2センサ
ー6を介して常時貯氷容器5内に位置しているも
のである。又U状をなすアームセンサー8と第2
センサー6との結合は2個所で連結され、その動
作は確実にされている。9は上記貯氷容器5に対
応する部分の冷凍室扉3部に設けられた小扉であ
る。この小扉9には先の貯氷容器5に設けられた
把手兼係止片に係止した該扉9の開閉に連動して
貯氷容器5を手前側に引出す爪9aが設けられて

貯氷容器をいつ引出しても、従来の如くアームセ
ンサーが曲つたり破損したりすることが全くない
ことは勿論円弧状第2センサーが描く軌跡の円弧
状切溝を貯氷容器に設けるようにしたのでその切
溝は最少限に出来る自動製氷機の貯氷量検出装置
を得ることが出来るものである。
