DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a washing machine that is provided with a pump chamber on the back side of the rotary blade at the bottom of the washing tub, which sucks the liquid in the washing tub by the pumping action of the back blade, A filter and a detergent container for storing detergent are provided, and the liquid sucked into the pump chamber is sent to the lint filter and the detergent container via separate water channels, respectively, when washing heavily soiled items. The liquid sucked into the pump chamber is first sent only to the lint filter to remove dirt components, and then the liquid is also sent to the detergent container to dissolve the detergent in the container and supply it to the washing tub. This allows for sufficient washing with a small amount of detergent.

Of the first water supply channel 38 and the second water supply channel 39,
A rib 53 as shown in FIG. 2 is vertically provided at the connecting portion of the second water channel with the pump chamber 13, that is, at the open portion 16 of the rib 5 until it comes into contact with the substrate 9. As shown in FIG. This rib 5
3, when the rotor blade 7 is rotating counterclockwise in FIG. 2, the pressure of the liquid sucked into the pump chamber 13 is not applied to the water channel 18. Water is not sent from the second water supply channel 39 to the detergent container 43. Water is sent to the detergent container 43 only when the rotor rotates clockwise. That is, the rib 53 is connected to the second water supply channel 39.
This serves as a direction regulating body that regulates the rotational direction of the rotor blade, which allows more water to be delivered. On the other hand, pressurized water enters the first water supply channel 38 in any direction of rotation of the rotor blades, and supplies the water to the lint filter 42 .

Next, the operation will be explained. When washing heavily soiled items, even if you suddenly add detergent, the laundry will still be so dirty that it will not be able to fully demonstrate its cleaning ability. Therefore, in the present invention, a pre-washing process is provided before the washing process. When washing heavily soiled items, set the program timer to the prewash step. Of course, it is assumed that the detergent S is stored in the detergent container 43 in advance. Then, the water supply solenoid valve 57 is energized via the a contacts of the program switches 65 and 66, the normally closed contact 62 of the water level switch 61, and the program switch 68, water is supplied, and the specified water level is reached, and the water level switch 61 switches to the normally open contact 63. When switched to , the water supply is stopped and the drive motor 54 is energized via the a contact point 70 of the program switch 67 to rotate the rotor blade 7 . In this case, the rotor blade is continuously rotated counterclockwise by the a contact point of the switch 70 regardless of the reversing switch 71.

As a result, the liquid sucked into the pump chamber 13 does not go to the second water supply channel 39 due to the action of the rib 53 described above, but is entirely sent to the lint filter 42 through the first water supply channel 38. Therefore, water is not sent to the detergent container 43 and detergent is not supplied to the washing tub, but instead, solid components of water-soluble dirt contained in the laundry are removed by the lint filter 42.

When this two-minute pre-washing process is completed, the process moves on to the washing process. During this washing process, the program switch 70 is switched to the B contact, so the drive motor 54 is energized via the reversing switch 71, and the rotor blade 7 is energized. The rotation direction can be alternately switched between left and right. Therefore, when the rotor rotates clockwise, the pump chamber 13
The liquid sucked into the detergent container 43 is also sent to the second water supply channel 39, where the detergent S therein is dissolved and supplied to the washing tub as shown by the arrow. By the time this detergent is supplied, the solid components of the water-soluble dirt have already been removed to some extent by the lint filter 42, so there is a margin in the cleaning ability of the detergent, and it is possible to wash the clothes sufficiently with a small amount of detergent. Become. It goes without saying that during the washing process, liquid is constantly being sent to the first water supply channel 38, and lint and the like are removed by the lint filter 42.

FIG. 9 shows another embodiment of the program, in which when the pre-washing process is finished, the program switch 67 is
The system switches to the contact point to cut off the power to the drive motor 54, and at the same time, energizes the solenoid 58 via the B contact point of the switch 66, and opens the drain solenoid valve to temporarily drain the water. The washing process is a new process. This was done by supplying water.

In the above embodiment, a large number of dehydration holes 2 are used as a washing tub.
It also serves as a dehydration tank with a dehydration hole 2.
It can also be applied to those without a washing machine or to a simple washing tank. In this case, if a through hole is provided in the center of the rotary blade, the liquid in the washing tub can be easily sucked into the pump chamber.

As described above, according to the present invention, a washing machine is provided with a pump chamber formed on the back side of the rotary blade at the bottom of the washing tub, which sucks the liquid in the washing tub by the pumping action of the back blade, and the liquid sucked into the pump chamber is transferred to the washing tub. A first water supply channel that supplies water to the lint filter mounted on the top and a second water supply channel that supplies water to the detergent container are provided, and a direction regulating body 53 allows water to be supplied to the second water supply channel only when the rotor is rotating in a predetermined direction. In order to prevent liquid from being pumped into the pump chamber, the rotor blades are rotated only in this predetermined direction during the pre-washing process, which is provided before the washing process, so that the liquid sucked into the pump chamber during the pre-washing process is first sent The detergent is sent to the lint filter through the water channel, where the solid components of water-soluble dirt contained in the laundry are removed by the lint filter, and then, only when the washing process begins, is the liquid sent to the second water channel to remove the detergent. Since the detergent is dissolved and supplied to the washing tub, the washing capacity of the detergent can be increased, and even a small amount of detergent can be used for sufficient washing. According to the present invention, switching between the first water supply channel and the second water supply channel is not performed by a separate valve device, but by switching the rotational direction of the rotor blade, so that the program switch can be switched in terms of the circuit. 1
By simply increasing the number of pixels, various effects can be achieved, such as preventing the configuration from becoming complicated.
