Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent damage to demagnetizing coils during the assembling operation by making the centering of focusing pole columns, permanent magnet, and yoke columns easier by fitting a cylindrical ring into the outside of the pole columns, permanent magnet, and yoke plate. CONSTITUTION:For the conventional constitution of internal magnet type, a ring 15 integrally formed of a resin, etc., is provided. The inside diameter of the ring 15 is nearly equalized with the outside diameters of a focusing pole column 11, a permanent magnet 12, and a yoke plate 13 at each fitting portion in such a way as to make their centering operation easier and also to prevent damage to demagnetizing coils 10. The inside diameter of the ring 15 is made larger than the outside diameter of the yoke column 14 at the fitting portion of the column 14 for forming a space. The center position of the column 14 is matched with the center position of the pole column 9 by an adequate assembling tool in order to raise the accuracy of assembling.

Regarding the conventional print head configured as follows,
The operation will be explained below. Normally, permanent magnet 12
The magnetic flux of . Substrate 8. It returns to the converging magnetic pole column 11 and returns to the permanent magnet 12. Therefore, the actuating body 4' overcomes the repulsive force of the leaf spring 5,
Due to the attraction, the leaf spring 5 is in a flexed state. Next, when current is passed through the degaussing coil 10, the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 12 is canceled and the attractive force of the actuating body 4 is reduced. accelerated upward. At this time, since the printing needle 1 is also accelerated upward, the bearing 2
It protrudes further and impacts an ink ribbon (not shown) to print dots. Furthermore, when the current in the degaussing coil 10 is stopped, the actuating body 4 is attracted by the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 12 and returns to its original position as described above. The above operation is considered as one cycle,
While scanning the print head left and right on the paper, print needle 1.
By operating the IJ in a timely manner, dotted IJ printing is performed.

However, in the conventional configuration, the outer diameter of the plurality of yoke columns 14 of the yoke plate 13 is the same as that of the permanent magnet 12. Since it is smaller than the convergent magnetic pole column 11, it was difficult to center position the yoke plate 13, the permanent magnet, and the convergent magnetic pole column 11.

5. If the above-mentioned center positioning is performed using a cylindrical assembly jig (not shown) for each page, it will be difficult to remove the assembly jig. Furthermore, there is a drawback that the demagnetizing coil 10 may be damaged when the yoke column 14 is bonded to the permanent magnet 12 after the demagnetizing coil 1o is inserted.

The same parts are given the same numbers as in Figure 1 (-) and (b).The difference from the conventional example is that a substantially cylindrical ring 16 is arranged, and the other components shown in Figures 1 (-) and (b) The explanation will be omitted. Here, the ring 16 is placed on a tree, for example.
' If they are integrally molded from a material such as oil, and the inner diameter is made almost the same as the outer diameter of the converging magnetic pole column 11, permanent magnet 12, and yoke plate 13 at each fitting part, the center position can be easily aligned. Also, the degaussing coil 1o was damaged. −・ You can prevent it from happening.

In addition, at the fitting part of the yoke column, the inner diameter of the ring 1E5 is narrowed from the outer diameter of the yoke column to provide a gap, and the center position of the yoke column is aligned with the center position of the magnetic pole column 9 using an appropriate assembly jig. As a result, assembly accuracy can be improved.
