This type of washing machine allows high temperature and relatively clean rinsing water to fall into a washing tank to replace fresh water in a heavily contaminated washing area and to prevent the water temperature from dropping. Approximately the increased amount of rinsing water that falls into the cleaning tank overflows outside the main body, and conventionally this would naturally have been drained into the sewer.

In the cleaning cycle, the cleaning hot water stored in the cleaning tank 10 is pumped through the cleaning nozzle 3 by the cleaning pump 12.
1 , 3, and 2 , and is sprayed onto the object 5 to be cleaned. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the rinsing cycle is performed using a water heater 16, which is mainly composed of a heating device 14 for water supplied from a water supply pipe 13 connected to a water supply source, and a hot water storage tank 15 for storing heated hot water. This uses boiling water, and the pump 17 rinses this hot water.
This is carried out by force-feeding the water to the rinsing nozzles 4 1 and 4 2 and spraying it onto the object 5 to be cleaned. In the embodiment, the hot water storage tank 15 is configured inside the main body adjacent to the cleaning tank 10, but the water heater 16 may be installed outside the main body. Further, the hot water in the water heater 16 is not limited to being used only as rinsing water, but may be used for other purposes, for example, for supplying hot water to the cleaning tank 10 only for the first time. Furthermore, a ball tap type water supply control device 29 is attached to the tip of the water supply pipe 13 to control the water supply to the hot water storage tank 15 at a predetermined water level. By the way, the rinsing water after the rinsing cycle falls into the washing tank 10, and since this rinsing water is high temperature and relatively clean, it is possible to prevent the temperature of the washing water from dropping and to exchange fresh water. As the amount of rinsing water that has fallen increases in the cleaning tank 10, an increased amount of hot water comparable to this amount of rinsing water overflows from the overflow pipe 18 extending from the side wall of the cleaning tank 10 to the outside of the main body. This hot water is effectively utilized by the waste heat utilization device of the present invention.

Next, a specific configuration of a typical waste heat device of the present invention will be explained. 19 is three partition plates 20 1 , 20
4 tanks 21 1 , 21 2 , 21 by 2 , 2 3
The recovery tank is divided into 3 , 21 and 4 , with the first tank 2
1 1 faces the overflow pipe 18 from the main body, and the final tank 21 4 has partition plates 20 1 , 20
The overflow port 22 is opened at a position slightly lower than the height of 2 and 203 . Also, the partition plate 20
1 , 20 2 , 20 3 are usually connected to the drain valve 2.
The communication portions 25 1 , 25 2 , 25 communicate with the adjacent tanks by being arranged with a small interval between the bottom surface 19A and the bottom surface 19A that slopes low toward the drain port 24 that is closed by form 3 . Furthermore, each tank 2
1 1 , 21 2 , 21 3 , 21 4 has the water heater 1
A water supply pipe 13 to 6 is continuously disposed in the middle. In each tank 21 1 , 21 2 , 21 3 , 21 4 , the water supply pipe 13 is formed in a vertical coil shape, and in order to improve heat exchange efficiency, the water flow direction in the water supply pipe 13 is directed to the final tank 21 4 It is set so that the water flows from the bottom toward the first tank 211 , and from bottom to top in the coiled portion. Further, the present invention provides a recovery tank 1
The upper surface of the tank 9 is covered with a removable lid 26, and the water supply pipe 13 inside the recovery tank 19 can be removed using flare nuts 27 1 and 27 2 .
Furthermore, since the partition plates 20 1 , 20 2 , 20 3 are also designed to be slidably removable, cleaning and maintenance services inside the tank can be easily performed. Furthermore, a filter 28 is installed at the top of the first tank 211 to collect as clean hot water as possible.

In the waste heat utilization device configured as above,
During each rinse cycle, relatively high temperature hot water enters the first tank 211 from the cleaning tank 10 via the overflow pipe 18. This hot water is in the first communication section 25 1
through the second tank 21-2 , through the second communication part 25-2 to the third tank 21-3 , through the third communication part 25-3 to the final tank 21-4 , and finally from the overflow port 22. Drained. Thus, the water supply pipe 13 exchanges heat with hot water in each tank 21 1 , 21 2 , 21 3 , 21 4 , but at this time, the water passing through the water supply pipe 13 flows from the final tank 21 1 to the first tank 21 1 . The temperature gradually rises as it moves toward the coil, and since water flows from the bottom to the top in the coiled part, the temperature increases efficiently. The water whose temperature has increased through heat exchange in this way is heated to water heater 1.
Since the hot water is supplied to the hot water storage tank 15 of No. 6, the thermal energy of the heating device 14 required to raise the temperature to a constant temperature in the water heater 16 can be significantly saved.

As described above, the present invention is equipped with a waste heat utilization device that effectively utilizes hot water that overflows from the washing machine main body, and removes sludge-like dirt that has adhered to the inner wall of the recovery tank, the partition plate, and the outer surface of the water supply pipe. The lid can be removed and the water can be easily rinsed using a shower nozzle, etc. and drained from the drain port.Furthermore, when it is extremely dirty or during maintenance service, the water supply pipe and partition plate can be easily removed from the collection tank individually. This makes it easier to perform these cleanings and services, as well as cleaning the inside of the recovery tank, thereby maintaining efficient heat exchange between the waste water from the washer and the water supply pipe. It offers practical advantages. Furthermore, since the recovery tank is divided into a plurality of tanks by the partition member, the entire apparatus can be constructed compactly.
