Description

本発明はパツシブベルトシステム(ドアを閉め
ると乗員の意志に拘らずシートベルトが乗員を拘
束するシステム)に用いる自動車用ドア開閉検出

出していた。なお、図中4はリターンスプリン
グ、5は本体6に取付けられラツチ機構を覆うカ
バーであり、前記本体6は図示しないドアパネル
に取付けられるようになつている。第2図はラツ
チ1とロータリースイツチ3を分離して示す分割
図で、ロータリースイツチ側の突起7が回転軸2
の溝8に係合しており、ラツチ1が回動するとロ
ータリースイツチ3が作動して、ドアの開閉を検

ユエータ18が突部20から遠ざかると、第6図
の如くドア開の信号を発する。21はコネクター
で、プツシユボタンスイツチ17との間はリード
線22で連結されている。リード線22は樹脂製
本体9に形成された溝9aの中に第7図の如く押
し込まれてクランプされている。このように本体
9に溝9aを設けてクランプすれば、従来のよう
な別個の金具等を用いてクランプする場合に比
べ、部品点数を減少できる。第4図は第3図と異
なる実施例を示し、本体9に突出部9′を設け、
この部分に溝9a′を形成し、一旦本体9外に出た
リード線22をこの溝9a′でクランプするように
したものであるが、作用効果に於いて差異はな

うなことはなく、上下方向に沿つてポール、ラツ
チ、スイツチが略一列に並ぶこととなり、スイツ
チがドアロツクに付加されているにも拘らず非常
に薄型にすることができ、従つてドアの厚さが厚
くならなくてすみ、強度上の見地から近年要望さ
れているドアロツク機構の薄型化の要求を満すこ

時、フルラツチによるドア閉信号を発し、ハーフ
ラツチでは発しないようになつており、衝突等に
よりドアが変形しても、スイツチの作動が確実
で、ドア閉中にドア開の信号を発するような欠点
は全くない。またスイツチは本体内に配設したの
で、スイツチ機構の防水、防塵効果を容易に持た

かつ前記ラツチの外周にカム面を形成し、該カム
面端部の前記ストライカ係合溝とほぼ対称位置に
突部を設け、前記カム面と係合して出没するアク
チユエーターを有するスイツチを、前記ラツチに
対し前記ポールと反対側の前記本体内に配設する
ことにより、前記アクチユエータがラツチの前記
突部に係合した時フルラツチによるドア閉の信号
を発することを特徴とする自動車用ドア開閉検出
