Claims (1)
向に電磁力によつて移動可能に設けられており、
移動体の最短位置付近のケーシングに逆止機構が
設けられ、この逆止弁機構はケーシング内で移動
体の端面と逆止弁機構とが規定する空間内に大気
を小さい流動抵抗で入れることを許容し、この空
間内の大気が外部へ放散する際に絞り作用を発揮
することを特徴とする電磁石装置用緩衝装置。 A moving body is provided within the casing so that it can be moved in one direction and the opposite direction by electromagnetic force.
