回動するため繰出テンシヨンに変動を生じ撚上つ
たヨードに不良が生じるという欠点があつた。

回転自在に配列し、又軸受3を上記ローラの下方
で、かつ軸受3の軸芯が上記ローラ2,2の間に
くるような位置の本体1の底部にボルト等で以つ
て固定する。この軸受3には、中空部を上部に設
けた下部軸4を回動自在に軸支して、上部軸5を
ローラ2上に載置した線状体を巻付けたリール6
の軸穴部7を貫通して、上記下部軸4の中空部に
嵌合しキーにて固着するようになす。
