凸出部に嵌合する凹陥部よりなるリテーナー固着
手段又は上記環状リテーナーの内周と上記内環の
外周との嵌合面のいずれか一方に突設された凸出
部及び他方に凹設され上記凸出部に嵌合する凹陥
部よりなるリテーナー固着手段とを具えたことを
