持し、同弾性掛合片１９の支持部２０付近は弾性
体１７に重合し、かつ弾性掛合片１９の先端は弾
性体１７の鉤状の案内片１８の内側に掛合し、さ
らに弾性体１７の折曲げ鉤状部２１が掛止体１２
の掛止用空孔１３に掛合するように構成したこと
