膜を具備し、該膜表面側の混合気体の一部を該膜に透過
せしめて、該混合気体中の少くとも１成分の富化された
混合気体を該膜裏面，側より取り出すための取り出し口
を有した選択性気体透過膜モジュールにおいて該支持板
の少くとも一部がくり抜かれたものであることを特徴と
