回転翼による風によつて回転されると共に、制動
手段によつてその回転数が前記回転翼によつて惹
起される風の旋回数よりも低くなるように調整
し、回転翼で生成された単調な風に補助翼の増
速、拡散作用を付与して自然の風に近い複雑な風
を得るようになしたものである。
