ト集積室13に、負圧により作動する第2図の如き、弾
性材料で一体成形されたベローズ一体式のバルブ14が
取付けてあり、キースイッチON・OFFと共に作動、
停止するバキュームスイッチングパルプ(VSV)を介
してバキュームタンクと連通しており、このタンク内の
