部に対接するフランジ部と、この被測定部のフランジに
固定され前記フランジ部を被測定部に接続するキャプテ
イブフランジと、前記ボデイおよびフランジ部に開口さ
れ検出部に連通された各導圧路を封止する一対のバリャ
ダイヤフラムとを備え、前記フランジ部の内側にボデイ
の円柱部よりも大径な環状切欠き溝からなる係合部を設
け、この係合部に前記キャプテイブフランジを着脱自在
に係合させるとともに、ボデイ側のバリャダイヤフラム
を被覆するカバーを、前記細首部に着脱自在に係合する
係止部材と共にボディに締付固定したことを特徴とする
