【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は連窓方立部の断熱構造に関する。其の
目的とするところは、工場と施行現場間の運搬時
に窓枠の損傷、変形を防止し、現地建込み工事の
簡易化にある。以下実施例につき図面を参照しな
がら其の詳細を説明する。

側に嵌装されてるのが一対の断熱サツシBであ
る。先ず連立方立Aより説明すると、其の断面形
状略T状の方立本体1はアルミニウム押出形材よ
りなり中空長方形で室外側端面には其の両側にフ
ランジ2が張り出しており、フランジの内側には
長手垂直方向にタイト材3を嵌着するC形溝が設
けられている。そして室内側の端面にはねぢ持4
が設けられている。実施例のねぢ持4は上下方向
に連続して形成されたる深溝で、其の端部両側に
は後述する断熱係合体6が溝巾内を摺動するため
のコ字状溝5が上下方向垂直に形成されている。

なり基板の片面には前記摺動溝5内に係合するた
めの突条6aが互に対向して一体に配設され、他

強材13とねじ8にて固着され、中間部及び外枠
9の端部の2ヶ所にて係合してるので、締付固定
時に屈曲して内外枠の断熱嵌合部11を変形させ
る恐れも無い。以上説明したとおり本考案により
搬送、建込みが容易となり、構造簡単にして生産
性の向上に寄与するものである。そして取付け後
連窓方立Aの室内側は美観上端面カバー15をね
じ止めすれば良い。第2図は連結補強板13取付
の異なる実施例である。
